Our new home page has links to a great deal of valuable information. Whether you are a beginner or an industry veteran, you will find useful tibdits here.
Most importantly, your online shopping experience will become far more gratifying than what you are used to. New features and benefits include:

- Access to tracking numbers (even though they are automatically emailed to you when each order ships)

Important Note to Existing Customers
The new shopping site does not have your old password. By entering your email address a new password will be sent to you (which can be changed to something you?ll remember). Here are the easy steps to follow:
- On the home page click "Login"
- Click on "Forgot Your Password?"
- Enter your email address (it must be the same email address you have used to do business with us in the past). You may be asked to submit your "bill to" zip code.
The system will immediately send you a password by e-mail. Type that in and you are set. And again, you will be given the option to re-submit a new password. |
How to Order - Below is an example of the ordering process. |
| 1. Click on Window Cleaning Tools and select Squeegees. You will see a list of all the brands. Click on the desired brand. |

| 2. All the squeegee handles available from that manufacturer show up in list form. |

| 3. Click on your choice and get more detailed information, including the option to view a large image. Note the related items down the right side. Click Buy Now to add an item to your shopping cart. |

| 4. After adding a few items to your basket, click View Cart to verify the items and costs. |
 |
| 5. One last opportunity to review your order, including sales tax, before you click ?Purchase.? An e-mail is immediately sent confirming your order. |

| 6. Your invoice is ready after your order ships (often the same day). Your invoice can me mailed (postal mail) or e-mailed directly to you, or anyone else you stipulate, like your AP department. |
